根据开封市科学技术局关于2018年第二批市级重点实验室建设的通知,华体会体育(中国)·hth官方网站获批“开封市食品成分及质量评估重点实验室”。该重点实验室是在华体会体育(中国)·hth官方网站“中原特色食品工程技术研究中心”的基础上扩建,主要研究方向为食品营养成分、重金属、有毒化合物以及食品添加剂的快速检测。近年来该平台加大人才引进力度、积极申报国家级和省部级及其它各类科研项目获得立项资金近30万元,发表论文20余篇其中SCI、EI论文7篇、获得市厅级科技成果1等奖3项、积极开展开封市食品企业技术人员的技能培训本年度完成50人次。同时对华体会体育(中国)·hth官方网站在食品专业建设和科学技术发展方面的充分肯定,将积极推进华体会体育(中国)·hth官方网站和开封市在食品产业上的深入合作,积极地参与到地方经济的快速发展中。
